This Insert shortcut is a function key to turn on and off the override function, type the word first and delete the next word
As for the desktop keyboard, it is located in the row of function keys just above the 4 arrow keys. You find on your keyboard the key named Insert and click it once, with a laptop keyboard, it is usually on the top row near the Backspace button.
